Strepsils Cool antibacterial lozenges provide fast, soothing and effective relief from sore throats. It is the first line of defense against cold and flu symptoms. Each lozenge contains a combination of antibacterials to help kill the bacteria which can cause sore throat and mouth infections. It contains cooling menthol for that instant cooling sensation in the throat. Dose: One lozenge to be dissolved slowly in the mouth every 2-3 hours up to a maximum of 12 lozenges in 24 hours. Children over 12 years: One lozenge to be dissolved slowly in the mouth every 2-3 hours up to a maximum of 8 lozenges in 24 hours.
